This last Sunday it was a pleasure to be commissioned as a team at our last Sunday at Harvest before we head out. We know that Prayer is a powerful and vital part of our experience and we love that Harvest is a praying church.
In our team pre-trip devotionals we read both yesterday and today that being a missionary is not so much about all that you will do for God, but what he will do in YOU! And that sometimes the things we need to learn in our own spiritual growth are best learned on foreign soil. So as you pray for us and as we invest in the lives of the teens in Costa Rica, pray that we learn what God has prepared for us to learn.
